In September 2025, I concluded my diplomatic career at the EDA after 33 years, most recently serving as the Swiss Ambassador in Zagreb. I am now bringing my experience and networks to our family business PUNT.URS. Since my wife Raffaela and my sons Basil and Zeno have already loyally supported me at the EDA, I am very pleased to continue this collaboration together. The ability to quickly grasp complex issues (“Cover broadly, dive quickly”), a subtle sense of humor, and my diplomatic expertise form the foundation of our tailored services.

As a Master’s graduate in International Relations, I combine diplomatic experience from Hong Kong and Geneva with a deep expertise in the Asian market. My specialization in China’s electric vehicle industry and global ‘decoupling’ enables me to analyze complex economic power shifts precisely. I am 24 years old and work as a language teacher in Vienna. My areas of focus include linguistics, philosophy, and humanistic counseling, which I combine with analytical clarity, empathy, and a sincere curiosity about people and cultures. I see myself as a lifelong learner and an open-minded visitor in this world. I communicate in 25 languages at a professional level. Currently, I am deepening my knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Hebrew, and Russian.

Raffaela Zenoni

Since 2008, I have been working internationally as a painter and sculptor, with exhibitions from Zurich to Frankfurt and Spain. My journey also led me to writing: in 2025, my art novel “Sleeping in Mosaic” was published in four languages. My mystical artistic world captivates with a stylistic diversity beyond the mainstream and invites the viewer to engage in an active dialogue with my works.
